***ACCOMMODATION***
There are three large bedrooms plus a fourth smaller-sized bedroom:

* The master bedroom features a romantic double brass bed and has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash-basin unit. Patio doors lead out onto the front lawn, palm tree, gardens and swimming pool.
* The second bedroom features a king-size bed and overlooks side gardens and fields.
* The third bedroom contains twin beds and looks out to rear gardens among almond and citrus trees.
* The fourth bedroom comprises of a single bed with an optional pull-out junior bed and also looks out onto gardens, rear lawn and palm tree.
* There is also a further shared bathroom featuring a luxurious jacuzzi/hydro-massage bath plus a shower, W.C, bidet and twin wash-basins.                                                                                   *2 cots and high-chairs are also available free of charge

* A spacious and airy living-room has a comfortable leather suite and WideScreen Digital TV with BBC/ITV/Sky News, etc. A wood-burning stove is an attractive feature of the room. There is also a Video and DVD player with a large selection of movies, a well-stocked bookcase, puzzles and games. Play from our huge collection of CDs or plug in your iPod in our docking station.
Patio doors lead straight out onto the pool area.

* Superbly equipped brand-new modern kitchen with island/breakfast area. 5-ring ceramic hob with wok ring, eye-level electric oven/grill, combi microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker. Windows overlook pool/views.

*Attractive hallway/gallery houses a well-stocked bookcase, puzzles and games. An 'office' area provides a desk and free high speed internet (ADSL) and Wi-Fi, plus info and directions to all the attractions, including our ‘Top Ten' favourite restaurants!

*Ultra-modern air-conditioning units are in every room, each operated by an individual remote control (optional)

*Pool-heating (optional). You cannot beat swimming under the stars in a warm pool ! Heated to a constant 30 degrees
